There is a small grocery store at the top of the hill. This private community has tennis, horse shoes, swimming, hiking, Foosball table, Frisbee Golf Coarse, pool table all in the club house Direct TV, Internet BBQ, big boat launch. This house is NOT available for Parties! Family bookings only. This house is FULLY STOCKED with everything.

Summary: This is a large Home with plenty of room for Five adults and four Children. Everything is in good repair with a good kitchen for the whole group. Location is wonderful as there is a large grass area between the home and the lake. In August, the weather was great, a little warm, but that’s easy to remedy with a Lake in front of you is a wonderful place for boating and water. Activities.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our family reunion. This house was spotlessly clean and well furnished. The room layout provided one level for each of our families (3rd floor for family of 5, 2nd floor for two families, 1st floor for another family. With a 4 year old the play area was great. lots of kitchen items and a new grill made cooking easy. Jeff was a great host

Summary: We had all of our kids and grandkids with ages 59 yrs down to 1 1/2 months and we all thoroughly enjoyed it! There was a playground in the backyard that the younger kids loved. We would definitely come again!

Summary: The house was a perfect fit for our family. We're a large group and the house accommodated us very well. Although the neighborhood was quiet there was lots to do for all of us. We definitely want to return.

Summary: We loved the location, we loved the house & all the accommodations.Only problem with our family is most of our grandkids are young adults so bunk beds & twins were not the best. Only thing we did not like are the HOA rules say only MEMBERS can use the dock & boat slips so we had to trailer the boat every time not in use for more than an hour & bring it up to the house. All in all a wonderful family vacation

Summary: The family had a great time at Sun Cove at this house. The house had plenty of bedrooms for all the different families to have their own rooms lot of bathrooms. Situated right up from the lake with grass right out the front of the house. The kitchen was on the basement floor which we thought was a little weird to start with. But it worked out very good and had lots of shade, it was pretty warm. Overall we enjoyed the house the location and the closeness to Lake Chelan. Had a day trip to Lake Chelan went to the slidewaters with the grandkids it was great.
